CAPE, the major active component of propolis, contains 0-dihydroxyl (catechol) phenyl structure, and has strong antioxidant, radical scavenging, and anti-aging effects.
Description: it occurs as a light yellow powder. Function: 1. Anti-lipid peroxidative and scavenging oxygen free radicals, resulting in the anti-aging effect; 2. Promoting blood microcirculation and blood flow, and removing blood stasis; 3. Whitening skin and removing spots: it shows antagonistic action on endothelin-1 (ET-1), competitively inhibiting the binding of ET-1 and its receptors, and the proliferation of endothelin on melanocytes; 4. Anti-inflammation: inhibiting TNF- α, PGE2, NF-KB, LOX, COX-1, COX-2 and other activities, resulting in the anti-inflammatory effect.
Dosage: 0.1-3.0%.
