A new type of food freshening agent. Sodium guanylate is the permitted flavor agent at home and abroad. It can be used in all kinds of food according to our regulations. It is often used together with monosodium glutamate and inosinate sodium. The umami flavor multiplies when mixed. When mixed with monosodium glutamate, its dosage is about 1% ~ 5% of the total amount of monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, vinegar, meat, fish products, instant soup powder, quick cooking noodles and canned food can be added, its dosage is about 0.01 ~ 0.1g/kg. It can also be mixed with lysine salt and added to steamed rice, quick cooking noodles, fast food, the dosage is about 0.5g/kg. It is also used as a raw material for the antiviral riboside triazolide.

Umami agent. It has the flavor of mushroom. Often used with glutamate sodium (adding amount l% ~ 5%), has a very obvious freshening effect.
