Calcium Caseinate

Calcium caseinate is a kind of ionic calcium, which can be easily absorbed and utilized by the human body through stable binding with the phosphoric acid residue of serine in casein, and does not need to be combined with vitamin D. In addition, calcium casein acid has specific functional characteristics, such as thickening, viscosity, emulsification, foaming, etc., so that it can be well added to food.

Range of application
As a calcium source additive and protein supplement, calcium caseinate is widely used in health care products and pharmaceutical industry.
